3. Zero Data Sale Guarantee

Under no circumstances does Omnivinco sell, lease, or rent your personal data to third-party brokers, advertisers, or external entities. Your data remains completely sovereign. We do not participate in cross-site tracking ad-networks.

4. Absolute Limitation of Liability for Breaches

While we deploy military-grade encryption, zero-trust architectures, and stringent access controls, the nature of cloud infrastructure means absolute security cannot be guaranteed. You expressly agree that Omnivinco shall not be held liable for any damages, financial losses, or regulatory fines resulting from cyber attacks, zero-day exploits, unauthorized access, or data breaches, except in instances where a court of law explicitly determines gross, willful negligence on our immediate part.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, or as required by law. Upon written request, or termination of our Master Services Agreement, all client proprietary data and personally identifiable information will be cryptographically wiped from our servers, rendering it irrecoverable.

6. International Transfers

Your information may be transferred to — and maintained on — computers located outside of your state, province, country, or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ. By submitting your data, you consent to these transfers under the protection of standard contractual clauses.
